Nevado Ranch Camp LLC is the sole legal owner of all intellectual property associated with the Catamaran Dan brand, the GROAN decision system, all proprietary frameworks, all registered and pending trademarks, all copyright-registered works, all product designs, and all content published at catamarandan.org. No intellectual property has been assigned, licensed, or transferred to any third party except as explicitly stated in a written agreement signed by a member of Nevado Ranch Camp LLC.

All field research, independent development work, and associated intellectual output conducted under the GROAN initiative (Global Reef & Ocean Analytics Network) — including approximately 18 months of pre-publication independent development — is proprietary to and exclusively owned by Nevado Ranch Camp LLC.

What Is Protected

The following categories of work are protected under applicable United States copyright law and international copyright treaties:

• All website content, text, articles, editorial copy, and page layouts at catamarandan.org
• All product and merchandise designs, including graphic works for the PBWF Edition, PBWM Edition, Bull Sharks Edition, and Better Beachy Than Bitchy™ Edition
• The GROAN curriculum — all 704 planned lessons, all completed lesson files, bilingual content, data tables, and associated teaching materials
• All GROAN technical specifications: GRIN (32 segments), GKIN, GSIN (21 segments), GMIN, GMAIN, and all module documents
• The DMAP-CAL™ framework documentation in its entirety (22 segments)
• The Cross-Module Interaction Engine (CMIE) specification (10 segments)
• The GROAN UI Layer Specification, META-Layer Specification, and all associated system design documents
• The GROAN Data Registry v2.0 (73 DTIs, 12 registered data sources) and all associated JavaScript source files
• All photographs, imagery, and visual works published on this site
• All Statement of Intent templates, proposal documents, and partnership materials
• All blog posts, field logs, and narrative works published under The Living Saga™

What Is Prohibited

Without prior written permission from Nevado Ranch Camp LLC, no person or entity may:

The following marks are owned by Nevado Ranch Camp LLC. The ™ symbol denotes marks in use with pending or planned registration. Unauthorized use of any of these marks — including in domain names, social media handles, product names, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited.

The following systems, frameworks, specifications, datasets, and architectural designs were developed independently by Nevado Ranch Camp LLC over approximately 18 months of self-directed field research and system design. Each constitutes protectable intellectual property under copyright law and/or trade secret law. No license, expressed or implied, is granted by publication of descriptive information on this website.
